Booking Inquiry
You can make a booking directly at the hotel or though these ways:

- Corporate or other Guests inquiring a proforma invoice are required a deposit of 5% of the total value of the proforma.
This deposit is considered as the first payment once the booking is made and is Non-Refundable in the opposite.
Booking Placement & Confirmation
- To be placed and accepted the booking should contain the following: Company name (if applicable), Guests names, TIN, number of guests, arrival and departure dates, length of stay, items to book with prices and the mode of payment.
- The booking is confirmed prior to a deposit of 30% of booking valuing more than 1,000,000Rwf or a deposit of the first night for booking valuing less than 1,000,000Rwf 24hours before check-in otherwise the booking shall not be considered.
- The final payment is made upon hotel check-out or final service delivery except specified otherwise for corporate and other institutions with whom we have signed agreements.
- Corporates and other institutions with our contract must send a Purchase Order 24hours before arrival.

- I&M Bank PLC: * 1st Account 20053321001 (RWF) on the name of ETS MRK LTD / ARAUCARIA RESIDENCE
* 2nd Account: 20053321002 (USD) on the name of ETS MRK LTD / ARAUCARIA RESIDENCE
- Use different cards on our POS or Online Payment Platform.
- CANCELLATION
- Free of charge
- Cancellation 24hours before 00h01 of the arrival date.
- In case of force majeure.
- Non-Refundable
- For late cancellations (within 1 day) or No Show, the guest shall be charged the full night amount of the first night.
- In case the guest wishes to shorten their stay while having stayed a minimum of 5 days off their actual booked length of stay.
- Refundable
- In case of force majeure.
- Only if the guest would like to shorten their stay while remaining with a minimum of 1 night on their actual booked length of stay and having stayed a minimum of 5 days of their actual booked length of stay.
